but imo, someone who gives atreyu 4 and a7x 5 on their albums, while claiming that master of puppets is not good music, is either a) musically deaf, or b) joking.

aside from maybe the seize the day solo (which is a blatant ripoff of november rain), a7x's city of evil is clearly nothing special, with solos that just dont seem to fit, and harmonizing every single riff they can think of, just for the hell of it. recycled over and over. and over. the entire album is subpar, with none of the anger or power that was present in songs such as chapter four on WTF. and i'm not even going to touch on how big of a black spot on metal atreyu is.



metal is about pure power and grit. MoP embodies that. So respectfully, I'm gonna hafta disagree with everything you've written.
