Sure they did pop songs on minutes to midnight. But those songs are way better than any of these, and the prior mentioned songs were not even that great back in '07. If you're gonna make a pop album as a u-turn, make a good one. But this is a garbage pop album.

"What really freaks me out though are the people who pretend like most of the songs on this album wouldn't fit right into Minutes To Midnight, good morning my dudes, LP have been playing this type of music since 2007 if not before. They even wanted METEORA to sound more mellow, so technically they have been into this shit since 2003, and if it's not obvious to you then you haven't been paying attention to the band."
1) I already say in my review Meteora was the nu metal equivalent of this album
2) None of these songs sound anything like what the band had done on Minutes to Midnight at all
3) Good for you, you enjoy the album. But not everyone hating on the album hates it because it isn't their first two albums. Hell A Thousand Suns is my favorite album by these guys

The fans of that show are the worst, my best friend is a hardcore fan of the show and it was the only time in his life where he learnt about geeky things from video games to comics. I'm watching sillicon valley, THAT'S SO MUCH BETTER.
P.D.: My ex-gf liked the big bang theory but she hated star wars, I almost kicked her out of my house for not liking it.

I'm pretty sure he was talking about The Walking Dead, since my first avatar was a picture of Andrew Lincoln. Still back then when it was only like 4 seasons the show was good, it went to shit after that hence why I changed it.
PB however has more than one good season.
