i don't mind the filler here really it sounds neat and adds to the atmosphere / "storyline/concept", plus they are a nice breather between the relentless energy

I just read recently that Sean Ingram wrote lyrics for the track so it makes sense that he wrote his own lines. His lyrics have always ruled though

It's a nice time, but I feel like a lot of the people giving this record so much praise think that bands like Underoath or the Chariot represent the pinnacle of metalcore. I still think there's still a lot of room to be better in terms of general songwriting and production.
