No problem at all then, mate, sorry about that! (: This album sure is a grower, though, the more I listen to it the more I like it.

Cheers Eagles, hope things are well. :]

Old Friends is great! I heard this around when it came out, but didn't give it much attention till a few weeks ago, to be honest. I think there's quite a bit to digest, despite the album's length.

There's definitely quite a bit to take in here.

Since you don't like "Then Again" maybe you should try their new live album, it has all the songs heee except that and "Waveform", which it substitutes with two of their older songs.

agreed, it's definitely an album you need to give time. Perhaps one of the biggest growers I've come across though.

I've heard it actually, and you're right, I do like it a fair bit more. What do you guys think of the song The Metronome? It's a bit sloppier than Need 2, but it's been on repeat all day, current favourite from Everything So Far.

I definitely don't relate with the people who've said that this album 'clicks' with them or is a 'grower.' The second I heard Old Friends my first time listening I knew it was gonna be a 4 or greater.

Sometimes Evan's singing face reminds me of Julien Baker. Otherwise, he has some of the oddest mannerisms whilst he performs, it's interesting to watch, seems quite passionate.

Metronome is fantastic. There's a solo version on youtube I like better than the album version, but it builds so well regardless

don't get the hate for then again, it's a bit more lightweight than some of the other stuff but it's hella fun to listen to and has a great chorus

Was that the version on Mixtape One, Lawless, or the live version? Regardless, both are fantastic. There's also a beautiful version live on KVCU I watched (on YouTube).

Jeff, admittedly it's grown a bit on me, and it is fun, but my main problem is how it's positioned on the album. Seems to disrupt the flow. I understand the love it gets, though.
