Reminds me off Scott Walker at times, not a bad thing by any stretch. As good as I expected it to be, Bowie never disappoints.

It's his singing that's like Scott Walker, but the music is much jazzier.

So I've never properly gotten into Bowie, but I'm guessing I won't get a better excuse to do it than the release of what appears to be his best album in three decades. I definitely won't start here, however.

Lazarus is probably my favourite overall, the lyrics are excellent too.

The physical copy has some excellent packaging and images of Bowie. Feel like they could've used a black CD to add to the theme but everything else is top notch.

If he'd made this 40 years ago (besides how much of a technology/genre advancement it would have been), probably wouldn't have been nearly as impressed by it. But a 65 year old putting together such a cohesive and relevant album is just so damn impressive to me.
