Don't start Ed for fuck sake

"Type 'did rock music die in the year 2000?' into Google and this band's wiki page will load up."

Doof I love you.

Yeah I mean, you're entitled to your opinion and will probably get super passionate about it, so we can just leave it at "agree to disagree", that's fine.

Art can be looked at and appreciated. You (anyone) doesn't look at an 18th century painting and go, "it's fucking shite, bin it" even though it may not do anything in particular on a 'personal' level.

Classical music bypasses me but I am still moved by it to a point of appreciation.

This album hits levels of throwaway pulp among other factors, it is an offence against rock n roll. If you dig than fair fucks but be derided as a hapless cunt and suck it up son.

We must have listened to different records, cause while this can be very forgettable and run of the mill this is hardly an offense against Rock & Roll (I mean they're a pop rock band to begin with), that's reserved for Kid Cudi's new record.

I like how kid cudi can unite everyone in mutual hatred against him.

Woah, I momentarily thought the artwork for this shite was Rodriguezs' Cold Fact. My heart skipped a beat.

Paradoxically a few Beavis & Butthead skits would have livened this album up no end

Up & Up is actually a really good track, as is Hymn for the Weekend. The rest of this is so wishy washy and boring that it makes Ghost Stories feel deep and compelling. Dropped my rating for the first of what may be a couple more times.

Man, soulless demonic monkeys playing instruments sounds awesome, doesn't it? Until you know its COLDPLAY possessing soulless demonic monkeys playing instruments.

Sooo fucking boring, I've liked pretty much every Coldplay album up to this point (need to revisit Parachutes), but this is such a disappointment

So much hate. Most of the songs are actually enjoyable to listen in a midsummer day

Really tired of hearing Adventure of a Lifetime everywhere. Hymn for the Weekend is solid tho

There's some really nice tracks here. The first two songs, especially Birds, are one of their best imo.
