Yeah, I think you're right about it being more accessible. Really I wouldn't mind if the rest of the album was more akin to this one, though -- I adore a good amount of the songs on here, just a few duds scattered about IMO. I prefer How to Carve a Carrot.

I really dug this, not sure why exactly, but I couldn't get it out of my mind after I heard it, it helps that she has a lot of Chrissie Hynde type delivery which is always cool

You guys are full of shit. You're seriously telling me, as heterosexual men (assumption), that a woman's sexuality has no bearing on their music for you? I'm not saying a significant one, but her being a lesbian removes a sexual element from the music that is normally present when any woman is singing.
