His midwork is fairly mediocre to me...nowadays he seems renewed for sure, for the available target...I still owe a listen to Pale Emperor, I kinda dug some songs on Chaos.

Album is an icon that marked a generation, is full of rage and a deep message, at least for me and many...I remember many others chicken shit just by hearing the name alone, and completely missunderstanding what the album is about. if you rather poppish ephemeral Manson to this, because this do not tell you much that's ok too.



The rage got lost in the process but yeah, there wasn't much more to say/ do...so I totally get the dude's artistic process. I only add that Mechanical Animals is also a very good album.

The problem is more the really bizarre transitions on songs like wormboy, idk it just does not feel consistent with the rest of the album, in terms of songwriting, and it's a major turnoff.
