The Book of Sand is such an underrated AtG track. Conspiracy of the Blind, too.

Oh, this know-it-all attitude of some reviewers here is so much that it is almost funny. "meh-the-meh". So entitled, not even a stint of grace, or respect. Oh, so boring!

Fuck man, I had a feeling it was not great based on the update they did a few weeks ago, but didn’t realize he was that close to the end. RIP

felt like paying tribute. first time revisiting since it came out and didn't remember much about it. just a solid album not too much to say. actually dig the mid tempo pace, so many sick riffs. a bit thrash tinged too. really nice groove. sweet melodies ofc as well, the ending one to night eternal is so good. sags in the middle but there are some great songs here. and i'm one who digs tompa's strained voice here, it's a cool unique sound. t/t, book of sand, head of the hydra and night eternal i will be coming back for.

now to listen to the rest of the discog which i've actually never heard (besides sots ofc)

Yeah this album is the riff fiesta, this and Terminal Spirit Disease are probably my favorites from these guys
