SNES synths? suddenly I'm more intrerested on this album.
|
| |
Dunno why but I still can't really see this ever being a 1. I mean sure, if you compare it to their classic material it ranks low, actually there's no comparison, but there's something enjoyable about this. Maybe it's just the cover since I can't stop feasting my eyes upon it

eh, it's pleasant enough. It could be worse.

I was thinking windows 95 synths myself for the opening to Subway Walls....thinking is operative word here.. I accidentally listened to Fly From Here, accidentally, like I forced my way into an air lock without a space helmet using explosive bolts, infiltrated the main systems override, and while disabling higher functions, my computer "accidentally" started playing Fly From Here.
I started crying... it's a masterpiece.

Subway Walls is a good proggy track
|

meh... proggy... I dunno. I could write that proggy...and I played the drums in the 5th grade band.
The bass drum. Sounds like an amalgamation of old genesis and santana.. and techmo bowl.
ehh... a little like santana.. I meant the almond brothers really. No really.

I used to cover a lot of Yes's basslines.
Used to.

But you are a spoon.
|

I just flop up and down on the fretboard and hope I do something correctly.
|

Can you spoon the spoon

Jon Davison did the vocals on this, not Anderson...
