What an absolute masterwork. Imagine if they had actually put Silver Springs on the official album.

“Silver Springs” is one of the weakest of the bunch and doesn’t fit into the flow at all, they did well leaving it off even with it being as good of a song as it is

Who cares about flow, it should have been on the album. Especially considering the lyrics to the song, and how it would meld with the overall theme and overriding concept of the album.

"I'll follow you down til' the sound of my voice will haunt you

You'll never get away from the sound of the woman that loves you"

Pretty much sums it all up.

Lol @ "who cares about flow", the sequencing is a huge part of why this album works so it's damned important. There's a reason you never hear tracks written by the same person back-to-back in the track listing; the album is a constant dialogue between the various members, with each member getting fairly equal representation

The only track I could see "Silver Springs" replacing sequentially would be "I Don't Want to Know"
