Infant school in the UK is the equivalent of kindergarten and is attended from the ages of 4 to 6/7yrs old. And is referred to as ‘infants’
The sort of stuff that is said on the playground would be along the lines of ‘if you get in a fight he will bring his brother who is second toughest in the infants’ or ‘did you see John, he beat up David who is second toughest in the infants!!!’
It’s one of the greatest album titles of all time.

Wikipedia says this about it:
"The name of the album derives from a comment made by member Rick Smith's six-year-old nephew, Simon Prosser, when asked on his progress at infant school (the level of schooling attended by four- to seven-year-old children in the United Kingdom)."
Very cute indeed.
