It might grow, I haven't been able to listen to music much the past week so I've still only spun it like 4 times, but it just kind of goes in one ear out the other. I really like Rutti but the rest are a bit too repetitive and monotone for me to really get into them.

You might prefer other Neil Halstead stuff, agreed.
Some of his solo songs are totally different and actually quite amazing in a mainstream sort of way. The missus loves 'Full Moon Rising', one of her favourite songs now, check it.

I get the feeling that this is just one of those albums you have to be in the right mood for or else it's just not going to work. I'm just not in that mood right now. Certainly it's pretty unique even with the Talk Talk similarities but there's not much in the way of song.

The atmospherics and melodies really do it for me, much prefer this style to the more trope heavy shoegaze-isms of the rest of their output but totally down to personal taste.
