With or without the bonus track Like a Drug? It doesn’t even matter, such an underrated great album.

It’s not hard for me to believe, that’s 50% of my life and honestly it bloody feels like it… this is a long sentence

anyway, the first half of this up to Sleeping Wolf kind of slaps, then it tails off a fair bit in the second half

yeah, this record kinda brings it at the points that count. full of skips, but the highlights are many and high

"Burn the Witch, I Never Came, Someone's in the Wolf, The Blood is Love"

only thing this list is missing for a peak pedestrian rating is Little Sister

'Everybody Knows that You Are Insane' and 'Someone's in the Wolf' really prop up this album for me, both top 10 QOTSA

Yeah, I'd fully agree with that.

Yeah album is inconsistent but the highs are great. Tangled Up in Plaid and Someone's in the Wolf are probably my favourites here.

yeah no real skips

“skin on skin” is kinda dissonant and era vulgaris-y, so i can see why people may not dig it, but i dont mind it

Skin on Skin, closer, Little Sister are all instant skips

The Blood Is Love, Burn the Witch, Broken Box, opener and I Never Came ain't bad but they're emphatically optional

i don't understand it, especially opener and closer, but i appreciate the answer Johnny. that's around 30 minutes of could-be-skipped content from your perspective

Mostly skips? This is arguably their most consistent, and accessible material. To each their own, but that's an insane take to me.
