By shit song I mean songs (as Waior once stated) designed to please the fangirls. I mean, the lyrics of that chorus are so bad, but the song itself is so good.
Anyways, they said something similar about DitW so I don't have many worries. Besides aggression isn't a problem if they don't forsake interesting melodies for it. The Resistance is pretty aggressive for an Anberlin song and that's one of the best New Surrender tracks.

Well unless "There are song I'll never write/Because of you walking out of my life/There are songs that don't belong /Because of you I'll never write another love song" qualifies as anything besides shit lyrics, you are incorrect. I don't even like the grammar in the chorus: "Because of you walking out of my life" is so awkward; it's like something a 7th grader would write.

Absolutely 100% correct. That organ fits Stephen's voice so fucking well. It's one of their best crafted songs, arguably the best. Hell, the chorus is fantastic. I wish the lyrics of the chorus were better though.
