he only played the end of shadow of the heiggfyfg but it ruled hard the bass pedals pierced my soul

It doesn't have to do with this album at all but his interpretation of Bach's prelude is pretty accurate.

Gosh darn the last 5 minutes of the t/t have gotta be one of the best climax/fadeouts ever put to record. It's so huge and lumbering and kinda frightening in a way. The first half's pretty fuckin sweet too.
