Spaceape ruins everything he's featured on for me, no matter whether it's Burial, Kode9, or Martyn

Nah, love his voice

Most British emcees that aren't Mike Skinner annoy me, plus I find Spaceape incredibly boring sounding
I couldn't even make it through a full listen of Black Sun because of him

I really can't pick a best song but NYC's one of his weakest (although still good)
Probably out of Distant Lights, Archangel or Near Dark
Homeless, Untrue, Loner and Street Halo come really close though

A lot from this and Kindred would be on my favorites list, but same with Etched Headplate, Archangel and Untrue from Untrue. Some of the best moments on Untrue are in the ambient tracks that tie it together. I wouldn't put them on a "favorites" list, but it's a big part of why I want another full length from him - it's way easier to get lost in it when tracks like "Endorphin" and "In Mcdonalds" are that dense in atmosphere. Then it just makes it that much better when Etched Headplate's bassline or whatever comes in after.
This and Kindred (especially) feel a lot more mature in some ways but I really just can't wait to see if he can make something as good as Untrue. Kindred does a much better job than this does of feeling like a cohesive listen IMO - sort of like the ambient elements that he had on Untrue have been cut down and implemented into the tracks a bit more.

I still can't get over how I had Kindred's tracklist mixed up
I don't think I can listen to it without having Loner as the opener cause it's so perfect

Just watched a programme on BBC3, title track and Stolen Dog were used extensively throughout it. Another programme on C5 the other day played something from the st too.
Got that feeling where you're like "holy fuck I know that song I must tell everyone" but then you realise no one cares.

Was it Skins? lol
Also, went to post this ages ago only to find that it had been taken down. But now that it's back up (and has been for awhile), you should all watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLyAVekUXug

i could not imagine loner as the opener on kindred. that's pretty wild that a bunch of people had it switched though, reminds me of the fake cosmogramma leak
