It's really too bad that a song like 'The Quiet Things...' is the stain on an otherwise perfect album. One of those songs that delivers instantaneous joy but is so so volatile.

I thought that was clear, but yes it gets old fast. And it probably has a whole lot to do with it being the sole pop punk song on this album that's not a pop punk album. I don't even see the pop punk traits on the other songs.

Disagree actually. The bass taking the lead and a beautiful synergy of the two guitars plucking

understated? Doesn't sound so pop punk to me. Also, the vocals are just so beautifully colliding and

playful until they start to grow in screams when the chorus arrives.
