I wish they played WGTB when I saw them, its probably massive live.

that was my only complaint with their set the last time I saw them (BlackDiamondSkye last fall) -- they didn't play a single song off this one.

Yeah, same here. When I saw them they focused on playing mostly older material from Adrenaline, Fur, and White Pony as well as a ton of Diamond Eyes material. Only song they played off of SNW was Hole in the Earth which was awesome.

lol its possible. I was not expecting them to open with Be Quiet and Drive though, that shit was insane.
I see they've been adding Minerva, Hexagram, and Kimdracula into the live setlist lately, damn.

ah, when I saw them they opened with Diamond Eyes and Rocket Skates, then played Be Quiet and Drive and My Own Summer. I think they did Royal and Butcher after that...

You saw Royal live? Lucky. They played Risk though and if I heard Chino correctly amongst the noise of the crowd I think he dedicated the song to Chi before Carpenter started the opening riff.

oh damn that's cool. Yeah, off DE they played t/t, Royal, Butcher, Prince, Rocket Skates, Sextape and I'm pretty sure they did Beauty School. Only ones off White Pony were Passenger (with Tim from Rise Against) and Change.

Nice, Passenger must have been great. I'm suprised they didn't play Knife Party at your show, that is an amazing song live.

yeah that's my favorite Deftones song. I've seen them play it live before though, that was 5th time I've seen them lol
the first time was sooooo good, it was in December 2000 with Incubus and Taproot at a relatively small venue in St. Louis

Back when they were touring in support of White Pony? Oh man...that must have been incredible

yeah it was one of the best shows I've ever seen. i'd never even heard of Taproot (Gift wasn't out yet) and they just tore up the opening set. I was only 15, so naturally I fucking loved them.
the next time I saw 'tones was on the 2003 Summer Sanitarium tour lol -- they weren't really very good on that one. Which sucks because that was the one show where they played a ton of songs off this album.

Yeah Chino must have sucked at that concert lol, from what I've seen in videos his live voice was terrible on the tour in support of the self-titled.

Would love to see these guys live, especially since they're from my area

now's definitely the time to see them -- they're as sober as they've ever been (from all accounts that I've heard), translates to a tight and massive fucking performance (least it did last time I saw 'em)
