I wouldn't say WAY better, They're both pretty amazing. It just differs from person to person which one seems better.

nope, I downed it because I felt I gave it a bit too much leeway. I SERIOUSLY enjoy SSTB and IKS:3 in their entirety. This I just don't as appealing.

this is the day Sputnik collectively agreed that Coheed has lost the magic...a sad day indeed

Good Apollo is when I fell in love with this band...seriously they became my favorite by the time Always and Never played out the first time...I'm crying because I haven't had such a profound musical experience since

more importantly, it's the day Kris came to his senses after years of denial

Good Apollo is just as good as this but it still lacks that little bit of emotion that IKSSE3 has.

SSTB and IKSOSE3 are both 4.5-5 material.

Everything since: 3-3.5.

fear through the eyes of madness was good, no world for tomorrow was mostly crap with a few golden nuggets lodged in it.

SSTB & IKS:3 = 4.5-5

GA 1 = 4-4.5

Everything Else = 3.5 or lower

I agree that he doesn't add anything, but he is fun to listen to. Shoulda stuck with DEP though.

Ugh I have to listen to In Keeping Secrets now. Coheed were one of a kind.

c'mon Pennie is so much better than Eppard.

Eppard is so minimalistic on Good Apollo and IKSSE and not in a Ringo Starr way.

i didn't say he wasn't a better drummer because that's obvious. i just don't think his style
contributes to the band in any overtly positive way. i really don't give a fuck if eppard wasn't
technical or not. it fit the music. the songs where pennie goes off on this sound overreaching and
lost.
