Riot was consistently excellent, whereas this album has several outstanding moments amidst a lot of average. that goes for music and lyrics.

Riot is more uptempo overall than this one. It's really a matter of preference. This is more mature, Riot is more of a "fun" album, if that makes sense. I personally prefer Riot myself, but this is excellent too, it's nice to see them trying a few new things. It just has a few lackluster moments in the second half whereas Riot was solid from start to finish.

The dudes in Paramore need to alpha-male up. They could be running a cock train on Hayley every night if they got forearm tattoos and started smacking her ass.
That was funny, don't think she's that kind of girl anyway. She seems to have a lot of respect for herself. I love this band , the album was great but not as catchy as Riot! Riot was the kind of album that hooks you from start to finish, you don't skip songs when listening to that one. Still a very solid album though, one of the better albums of the year.
