this is not better than Rust in Peace... but it is pretty damn close in terms of musicianship. It just doesn't have the songwriting. I would say this is better than any Megadeth album other than RIP and Peace Sells... Maybe also Countdown to Extinction. This is definitely the best thing they've done since Countdown though.
