These guys and Coroner have pretty much the best riffs in all of thrash. The guitarist from Discordance Axis actually put me onto this band.

Well, I already know I'll love them then!
I say this is the best thrash but I think a strong contender would be the first wave BM shit like Kreator and Sodom.

The vocal melodies on here are amazing. On Killing Technology, Snake was just screaming away half the time, and more than half the time on prior albums. Just one year later and he's belting out these awesome singalong choruses. That part where he sings the title to Macrosolutions to Megaproblems is so simple but SO catchy. It's fucking hard to sing clean on top of music like this and Snake makes it feel so natural, and his voice is a perfect fit for the alien atmosphere.

whats crazy is when i first heard this back in 07/08 i didnt really get it at all, i was way more into the bay area party thrash shit, big 4, crossover thrash. my idea of progressive at that point was like, seventh son, and even that was too far

theres a reason why even a lot of old punk dudes dig this band, first off the die kreuzen influence is pretty apparent but this type of shit pretty much transcends its label
