"In the data from my inflated albums list, when you adjusted for the fact that lower rated albums tended to be overrated (which i didn't explicitly do for that list).. This was the second most underinflated (read underrated) album in my dataset."

what's number 1?

Not as enjoyable as I remember, but it is still alright. I'd have this over Fallen.

the .5 actually comes from that fact tbh, would still wish for a better executed dungeon synth album lmao

one could argue that this is far more interesting than most dungeon synth, because it was actually made in a dungeon.

Nice to see some diversity amongst ratings on this site. It gets far too much hate on here I think.

some of these tracks dont sound half bad actually
also why does everyone call this an ambient album? neo medieval music is a better way to describe

No I'm pretty sure "40 minutes of a crazed neo-nazi, church burning murderer playing a toy piano" is the only and perfect description for this.

I really enjoyed this. It has a very quirky and ludicrous feel that makes it very lovable and sometimes even funny. It is like what the florentine cantata was doing with opera; serious and dramatic with very otherwordly humour.
