No I'm pretty sure "40 minutes of a crazed neo-nazi, church burning murderer playing a toy piano" is the only and perfect description for this.

I really enjoyed this. It has a very quirky and ludicrous feel that makes it very lovable and sometimes even funny. It is like what the florentine cantata was doing with opera; serious and dramatic with very otherwordly humour.
