Park, chill out man. The only reason people fellate this is because is such a great album. What Atheist, Cynic and Gorguts have to do with it?

Yeah, let's resurrect Chuck, put him on a chair in front of some Sputnians and blame him for his love for classic heavy metal. And then force him to make a Death ranked list and send him back to grave cause he didn't put Leprosy on number one.

The only unquestionable thing in metal is the presence by Atheist.

Yeah I remember listening to this for the first time and being surprised by the vox, didn't dig it at first.

But once I got used to it and really listened to everything else, it just clicked.

Scavenger of Human Sorrow just goes off

Yeah I mean I've jammed their discog to hell and back again. It's a great album but as for the vox "clicking" for me, that ship probably sailed years ago

This weekend, I finally saw the Death By Metal documentary. Since yesterday afternoon, I'm listening to as much Death as I can get in. I am impressed by everything Chuck did from the first album on, but the increase in quality from Spiritual... to Human is huge.

TSOP is amazing. I've been listening to it for 20+ years, I am listening to it now and I am still floored by how amazing EVERYTHING is about this album. Just...wow!

Chuck. *sigh*
