idk tommy i've drawn this site quite a bit of pageviews via my reviews, a lot of it is when it became featured or w/e, but each review tacks on about 1000 views/ year by virtue of doing nothing, so i've prob brought in like 30K? page views myself, and that means advertising money. just like with FB there's a reason we don't pay

yeah it's a cool system mx has in place here, writers have the opportunity to advance into musical journalism (see: Robin) but he's not very receptive to people who a) contribute page views themselves ($$$) by spending time on the site and b) draw page viewers in by reviewing some unreviewed stuff that people find on Google. kind of disappointing actually

true it was posted on the will.i.am. thread a million times, the key here is that the average user doesn't give a fuck presumably, they read the review and either move on or maybe read two pages of comments before getting bored



so in reality no one really knows, i mean yeah it's sloppy coding but no one had any idea that it was even possible until like january of this month so it's not like the average pleb would find out
