Also so many characters (like near enough everyone) surviving that finale to season 2 of Hannibal was...hmmmm, are you being serious now?



Edit - not for realism reasons, more that they set it up for ages to have this major impact on the audience and then they squeeze your cheeks and ruffle your hair next season and say 'don't worry, this show hasn't got enough characters to kill anyone major yet you silly thing'. It just retrospectively lessens the stakes of a really incredible scene and about six episodes of build up

The first two seasons of Lost are awesome television. After that it got so confusing that I just didn't give a shit at the end.
