I (obviously) dont know the full story, only the guys do really, but I feel like John is in the one in the wrong.
I've watched interviews with Don and he doesn't seem like the sort of guy who would dislike someone for no good reason.

Don't think anyone is in the wrong. John is fully entitled to want the band to tour more. If the rest of the band can't have that, then disbanding is the best option for all parties involved. It seems that the schedules of the rest of the band members has been an issue for a long time. I also think it was a dick move for them to refuse out of hand the 20yr anniversary gig even when they were not busy then.
