The best track on the album is probably either Come In Alone or Soon with What You Want being up there as well, if you want to switch towards more positive stuff for discussion.

Sometimes has no direction? Again I think you expect a lot of song structure

Come in Alone is easily my favorite off this

I didn't say that it lacks it entirely, it just goes on for a minute too long, resulting in some of its duration coming off as padding.

perhaps not lacking 'direction' structurally, but rather, a 'purpose'

Honestly, I think the best official release I've heard from this band was the full EP comp they released back in 2012. It was the first thing I heard from them and my expectations were raised by that. I dug a lot of the drumming and bass playing on that.

Sometimes has no direction?! Are we listening to the same song? The last minute is the best part of the song and one of the best melodies I've ever heard. Seriously, it's one of those progressions where I think "I literally wouldn't change a thing, this is genius"
Come In Alone is second best but Sometimes is the best, cmon people.
Only Shallow overrated, agreed.
