Pablo Honey is indeed underrated with some great tunes, but its obvs their weakest full-length.

The Bends has some cracking material on it (Planet Telex, Bones, My Iron Lung, Street Spirit), but also some stuff that really hasn't dated well. The bridge in the t/t makes me cringe, as does the "the best thing that you ever had" verse in High & Dry. It sounds corny and naive and not in an endearing way. Hence the album is a 4 for me overall.
