I'll wait till the release to buy it, but you guys make me so fucking hyped. Heritage was one of their best imo, so if PC sounds like updated, better version of it as everyone says, I'll definitely dig it fucking hard.

@Choccy: Yeah, was the same for me, I was always like: "Their music is awesome, but it's all ruined by the growls." Right now I really dig Mikael's growls, but I'm still not a fan of other DM bands in general. Still prefer his cleans, but my fav is Still Life mostly because it has the perfect clean/growl dosage

Mikael's cleans can stand on its own two feet unlike quite a few DM bands that do cleans. I also disagree, it's much better than this already

Ye it is.

Faith In Others is so beautiful, even if it rips off Starless hard on the intro lol.

The sound offs are annoying me, how is Heritage more diverse than PC? lol.

Especially Moon and the back end of the record, first time Opeth have ever used an orchestra.

It's got the vibe, but Burden rips off Starless harder.

Moon Above, Sun Below might already be one of the best songs they've ever written. m/
