First time I heard this, I was convinced that Bloom was a Can track, it's baffling. A lot of stuff on this has tons of Krautrock influenced bits, especially in the drumming.

It's amazing to think how far the band has come, especially since Thom was writing lyrics like this in 1993:

Even the leap in quality between Pablo Honey and The Bends is pretty huge.
