Destroyers is a bit low there pal, very low in fact.

stare > eif > shrines > destroyers > vermis > fracture

this album title and content really resonated with me as someone who sort of faced his own mortality at one point in time when i was battling an illness. So the album holds a lot of weight and knowing the band members intent again makes it feel close to home for me. So I have a weirdly intimate experience with the album

i have no idea what it's about but the music had a pretty potent effect on me emotionally upon first listen

apparently its a reaction to the members experience wit h loss in their personal lives iirc and the anger in the music really almost feels like a battle against something like cancer. So when you listen to it with that in mind it really adds another dimension to it i think

i will keep that in mind
