I don't see why it would be hard to comprehend why some people put HiA over this even if you don't agree. I mean I think you could make a strong argument for almost any of their albums being their "best". Especially HiA, this, FFG, DoP, UC, or M&D. But even some of the others like Shadows are sick and I've seen people who put that one or even KoC above the rest.
