@loveisamixtape Yes he sounds Christian because the album is a part of a larger meta-allegory to the Book of Genesis, where in the paradise of atmospheric post-metal Deftones is constantly emanating from the vegetation and everyone is happy ever after. However one day the apple (Magnetic North itself) is eaten and Deftones can never quite hit the same again

New hopesfall album would be legit. They've had one of the best comebacks for a band.

listen to hum then listen to deftones. listen to hum then listen to hopesfall. same exact source. then listen to ohms then listen to arbiter. both records have lots in common specially both being so riff and drum centric. actually faint object camera and drowning potential sound 100% like deftones songs. you must be tone deaf (pun intended)

my soundcloud has mostly throw away songs on it. I've got 40 songs I started working on in 2020 that hopefully will shape up into some kind of cohesive album.

Pots first song on your album was a total banger. You do the production?

may as well have said listen to irepress then listen to hopesfall

may as well have said listen to failure, jawbox, and shiner then hopesfall

for sure HUM is the link but deftones don’t own twinkly postrock add9 riffs

lol at the riff and drum centric comment cmon dude this is alternative rock

don’t forget how broad post-hardcore is
