Runaway, first of all. The song that got me hooked to buy this album when the single was released. Love his honesty, and especially the last half of the song.
Monster, which has several guest-artists, which he surprisingly enough actually get to be good in comparison to their prior performances (like Minaj?)
All of the Lights is the perfect pop/radio song, the arrangements on it are beautiful.
For instance. Also, the production is unbelievable.

You said it; The beats, the overall sound of the record (you know that feeling where you've heard an album, and it has a certain feeling that draws you back, like say Exile on Main Street?), the songwriting, and especially the sampling.
