ions is quite trance-inducing in the correct setting imo. cesaro does nothing for me

it sets the stage for Third Eye pretty well. I like how it shares an entire side of the vinyl with Third Eye, not that I'm fortunate enough to own a copy

honestly I skip them so hard I couldn't tell you one from the other but yeah aenima is easily one of the best alt rock/metal albums of all time

Ions can kinda work when you're in the mood and listening to the whole thing, but it really should have been shorter either way. I really like Intermission though, it's funny how it follows the heaviest track on the album as some silly circus/silent film thing and then it turns into Jimmy and brings the darkness right back. Also, EIER is one of the most stupid and funny things in metal. so there's some interludes on there that I really like but the sheer quantity of them is kinda off-putting.

All the interludes on Aenima are great and add to the depth and scope of the record.

Eier is a funny joke track but it and Harry Manback kinda fuck up the flow imo. At the very least, Cesaro and Ions have that creepy vibe to 'em that fits the themes of the songs they surround

would say something like that about a lot of the interludes on here tbh, except for Lipan Conjuring, but at the very least Cesaro seems kinda indefensible to me.

I didn't even bother putting the interludes for any Tool album on my iPod. Can't be bothered with that rubbish.
Basically to me Tool make incredible songs but everything else about them is a load of wank.

Harry Manback is fine cause it actually has a melody, same with Intermission esp the way it opens for Jimmy
also not sure if anyone has played Resident Evil 4 (best game eva), but the piano in manback is almost identical to the tyewriter music in that game so they both bring nostalgia from my early teenage years for me lol

Resident Evil 2 is the best game ever man, can't wait for the remake coming soon! Typewriter music is always awesome in RE games though with 4 being no exception.

prefer Re1 + REmake and RE4 to RE2 but I mean its like insignificant amount of difference

I think I might even like code veronica more then 2 just because of how much longer/brutally difficult it is (like possibly one of the hardest games ive ever played 1st play thru)... 2 was much scarier though
