So just finished my first run through of PC and I already like it infinitely more than Heritage. The new album is a journey for sure, never thought Opeth could surprise me again after releasing so many albums but boy was I wrong. Gonna take loads of listens for it to fully sink in but thus far first impressions are extremely strong. Favourite tracks out of the ones I heard for the first time were River and Faith in Others. River is absolutely outstanding.
