was it a 4.0 or are you gonna adjust that rating?

imagine harnessing such a power because this is the MOAR music cheat code I was after, good to know that's what those 10k+ freaks have likely been doing all along

It seems that is the way, judging by the new album with Moor Mother, it seems there is more music in years to come.

Love in Shadow probably their best for me. Nice mix of the heaviness, catchy grooves and improv. The ones after tend a bit towards too abstract for me.

Around the time this album was released, I saw SUMAC play a small bar in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was a great, intimate show. I really loved the band at the time. After the show, I checked out the merch table. They had t-shirts with a small SUMAC logo on the upper-left front side of the shirt. I asked the guys manning the table what I thought was a reasonable question, particularly given the exorbitant price of the shirts: "Is there anything on the back?" And they proceeded to ridicule me mercilessly. "Like what a giant skull?" "Or, or, a naked chick riding huge boner?" And they continued on like that between each other, laughing uproariously, even as I wandered away. That experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I feel like that pasta has been used so much that I'm starting to forget who it was originally referencing. I say "starting" but nope, I cannot recollect currently

What free-improv does to a MF.
