It was recorded in 1989 that's why I considered it as part of the 80's.
At any rate, this isn't a classic for the 90's either.

no way Vio-Lence, Sacrifice, Destruction, Pestilence (only referring to their thrash album), or Metallica had anything as good as this imo.
