Ramon I think you might be misunderstanding my point, which is likely my own fault for not expressing my annoyances in a more agreeable tone, but I have no issue with you disliking the review or thinking it is inadequate. I just think that suggesting "it reads like a ten minute "kanye's crayyyyyy gimme ur comments, someone get milo or jotw on this or something idk" intentionally frames my motives for writing as attention seeking, and then suggests not that I could have done a better job (which I'd be the first to concur), but rather to get someone else idk is basically a non-veiled slap in the face. You're a smart dude so you know how your words are perceived. Grand scheme of things this is really a non-issue, and in all honesty I do appreciate being kept in check because I write a lot of reviews and admittedly not all of them get the deep dive they deserve. For whatever reason the way you worded the comment didn't agree with me, but sometimes feathers need to be ruffled in order to make a point so it's all good. I'm hoping to see a more thoughtful dissection in the coming days from a staff or contrib, hopefully someone finds the time.

Off The Grid is one of the only songs I can tolerate Playboi Carti rapping on. It's just cause the beat is dope, it carried. I hate all of the beats on his own albums.

I understand users clamoring to get views and comments, but a staff review on something as meaty as this by someone who hasn't been following the rollout (and thus, not hearing the album more times) dropping a day later seems a bit unnecessary. If this weren't a two hour album with the greatest rollout of all time (you can contest the quality of this album, but this simply can't be disputed lol) by one of the biggest artists on the planet certainly deserves a little more gestation than "lol this guy crazy, too long"



This isn't to single you out, Sowing, as it's not the first time this has happened by staff but something to be mindful going forward.
