The chord he hits on “three” in the phrase “take me back to watching Pokémon with you late nights at three in the morning” or whatever genuinely makes my face curl up like pre-pre-crying stages

The riffage on The Brightest Days contrasts so well against the summery feel.

I had already seen the comment but scrolled past Colton’s this time as “the new songs are weird like I am”

Whole mixtape is awesome. Don't know why they just didn't release it as an album.

Honestly, yeah. It's solid stuff they mostly released, even Kobayashi Maru is a certified banger I will be putting on repeat. Although, I would have liked a few more tapping action on the guitar. Overall, they can't miss.

very good, absolutely loved the bookends. but overall def feel them not considering this the next full main release. hooks arent gg level, but still consistently fun! not necessarily sure what i expected when this was dubbed as a mixtape cuz it's definitely cohesive.

I'd say most of the songs are pretty, it's just Picture Frame I had the least enthusiasm over. And yeah, when that easycore riff on the intro, I knew I was in heaven.
I swear, these dudes could make a FYS album and be better than 90% of the easycore bands

Second Best Friend slaps, probably my favorite track off The Brightest Days

like 90% sure this would be a 5 if it wasn't like four years long. trim out half of side B and you're golden.

Just picked up on listening to these guys after checking out The Brightest Days a while back and it's cool seeing they're from the DMV with songs like Greenbelt Station and My PG County Summer. Didn't know they were local to me but I've been jamming this album and Somewhere City a lot the past week.
The new song is pretty cool with the grungy feeling.

New song fucking slaps. Kinda reminds me of Doom Boy by The Dirty Nil minus the cringe lyrics. Keep forgetting how fun this band is.

new song is fun,not as good as anything on Brightest Days though. good band

New song is good but seems like it would be better in the context of an album

Spun this again for the first time in a while. It is good but I do think their style benefits when it isn’t going for 51 minutes. Bossa Nova Corps is a banger though.
