First of all the many sheep in the comment section giving this album 1 (just to lower the overal score) without even listening to it are pathetic.
As far as Op is concerned I found it intresting that dozens of others reviewers from actually respectable and prestigious music sites gave this album the highest of scores and then suddenly there's this person who gives the lowest score as a minority. This says more about the bad intentions of the reviewer to discredit the album than the album itsself. All the statements are abstract and this score just doesent make sense and is clearly spiteful and ignorant of Lana's magnitude and legendary influence in modern music.
And to anyone else: please ignore this obviously negatively intended review and listen to the album on your own, form your opinion, think critically and stay free of the influence of "journalists" who try to interpret art they dont undertsand.
COTCC is a masterpiece and Lana keeps creating flawless pieces of art, unbothered by all the Philistines that even dare to think they could critique her, let alone undermine her and her achievements.
