'I get this but also it has the same number of songs as Starspawn, they just kept their 20-minute epic as one piece instead of splitting it into two tracks like they did for Vitrification of Blood'



I guess track 3, as much as I actually do enjoy it, just doesn't quite fulfill my desires lol. But, that's okay. This album still rules and is easily among the best metal releases of the year.

I think it's odd that someone would go to a completely different genre and leave a rating. Just as odd as it would be for me to go to Celine Dion or some other nonsense and leave a rating for something I don't listen to.

Is Celine even still relevant? Idk non metal

Last time I saw Blood Incantation they played Vitrification of Blood in full and then one track from this. Especially awesome because the first time I saw them they played all the other tracks from Starspawn as well as a few from Interdimensional Extinction. I really wanna see them again just thinking about it

Yeah, surely he can rate however he wants. But when I listen to something out of my comfort zone, I treat it as such.

Yeah if it’s totally outside your usual comfort zone at least give it the benefit of the doubt and rate accordingly, or make the effort to be somewhat lenient (I’m trying to stay away from the word ‘objective’ here as I don’t really believe in such things myself).
