“How do y’all even stay awake during the second half”
If I Fall and Need to Know bang, Line is just super mesmerizing sonically imo super calming and pleasant, Parker’s vox In Growing On You are one of my favorite individual moments on the album (like when he goes into those higher notes in the hook), Lightyear is my favorite closer of theirs (or possibly 2nd)

I like this and new Alkaline about the same -- I'll admit that ITTC has higher highs, but it's also two or three tracks too long

Yup Light Year is a great closer, and Parker's higher falsetto vox on Growing On You are freakin beautiful. First time he's attempted something like that and he nailed it

Tbh Con I would have hated this album when I was 17, even though I loved the 2 albums they had out st the time. But yeah def glad this came out in my 20s so I could appreciate it

Well I hated when my pop punk bands brought down the tempo or tried going a little softer so I would have hated this. I would have shut this off with disgust if I heard Growing on Yiu or Upside Down back then. Plus the lyrical themes wouldn’t have connected to me/been as interesting to me as much ig

Idk, this sorta grew off me. I like USAD and WYDS a lot more.

This brings the chill vibes, USAD and WYDS bring the angst. Depends on my mood but overall this album has something for everybody.

yeah i just dont "feel" the vibe of USAD much anymore. Still great and I listen to it a ton every spring/summer, but this is a bit more mature in terms of songwriting and lyrics

this singer is so monotone. it gets tiresome quickly.

Not sure where you get that from. Between Upside Down, If I Fall, and Growing on You, I feel like he switches it up plenty

Saw them live last night and this album greatly improved their variety as a band. Every other song they play is run of the mill (but still good) pop punk. The diversity and mild experimentation on this album added a new level to their show so the kids could take a break from defending pop punk and flailing around in a pit.
