Really hope she releases new music before too long. This was one of the best folk debuts in recent years but there’s already been a whole other movement of female indie singer/songwriters that have dominated the market since this dropped.

Oh I was actually thinking that she’s become kind of outdated now - I feel like Heynderickx was on the back end of the Olsen/Van Etten sort of train and now the Boygenius style has taken over.

When I saw this bumped I was just thinking that same question to myself (new album when?). Hope you're right about next year, that'd be cool. This was one of my favorites of 2018 and really got me started on a huge female-fronted songwriter kick that led to me discovering Molly Burch, Madeline Kenney, Tomberlin, soccer mommy, Julien Baker, and many more.
