He's an insane guitar player too, look him up on YouTube. I've seen him live twice and his technique is like nobody else I've ever seen.

The Alabama Shakes album is probably the best album Blake Mills has worked on outside of his own stuff, it's a great example of how an amazing producer can really bring out the best in a band.
