I feel like ranking them does the album injustice lol. Either it's all amazing or it's not (although that's not always the case)

I'd go with the third track if I had to pick one.

I do love the first track, how you can hear these groovy riffs trying to crawl out of the chaos near the end only to plunge right back into the void, and those drums DUN DUN DUN they do it like 3 times then end the song with it, so cool, hope that makes some kind of sense.

This is close to Paracletus and I didn't expect that at all even with really high expectations.

it's good but so hard to digest. Paracletus was much more immediate for me

I found this one to be immediate. she short runtime definitely helps, and the album holds my attention throughout the whole thing. complex but clearly laid out

Yea I found it pretty immediate too and the short run time makes it accessible in ways other DsO full lengths aren't. I find I typically need to be in very specific moods if I want to jam the other full lengths start to finish, particularly Si and Fas. If there is even an inkling I would enjoy listening to one track on here on a given day, chances are I'll jam the whole record.

Not an easy album to grasp the first few times but well worth putting time into it.

Still do not feel like I can give this a rating yet after 5 or so listens, I really like it tho.
