Vaalbara, Invent, & Render The Void are the 3 songs that put Impulse on a higher level than Augment for me. If anyone asked me how to sum up this band with one song I'd put on one of those 3 tracks. But Augment is still an awesome album.

This gets a 1.5 just because of the absolutely fucking massive drop in quality from their previous albums. I can't fucking stand those weak mid range vocals, and the guitar riffs sound like a cheap low effort imitation of Augment and Moments of Clarity. They went from being one of the best metalcore bands of the past 10 years to just another piece of shit Sumerian band
