It takes quite a little while until I overplay anything but I usually purposely avoid doing so, I have so much shit to listen that it's usually not a problem, sometimes I'm obsessed with an album though
Even if I overplay something I just need to give a break and I'll love it again although I probably won't be obsessed with it like I used to

Hah well idk about your case for Integrity but I mean this album has been keeping sane for months now
2013 has been a pretty damn crazy year for me and recently my grandmother died, some of these songs got me up from that slump
The only album that's ever had a bigger impact in me emotionally is Jane Doe (Which stopped me from hurting and probably even killing myself back at around the end of last year or so)
